Your credentials, encrypted
Add each bedbank you hold a contract with and enter its API credentials. They are encrypted before they are stored, and secret fields are never echoed back to a screen.

A single search goes out to all of them in parallel, and results stream in as each one answers rather than waiting for the slowest.

Rates made comparable
Board, cancellation terms, taxes and currency are normalized, and rooms that are genuinely the same room are grouped — so a price difference is a real difference.

Credentials
What happens to what you hand us
Your bedbank credentials are the most valuable thing you give any platform. Here is exactly what OneRate does with them.
- They are encrypted with a master key before they are written, and secret fields are never echoed back to a screen — not to your agents, and not to us.
- Every query carries your organization id at every layer, so one agency's data cannot be reached from another agency's session.
- Two-factor authentication is mandatory for agency owners, and a revoked session stops working immediately rather than at expiry.
- OneRate is not a merchant of record and handles no card data, so your payment scope stays exactly where it is today.

Privacy
This site and the OneRate portal are run by OneRate Travel. Anything on this page, or any question about what we hold about you, goes to hello@onerate.travel.
- This page. Cloudflare counts page views for us. It sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser, and does not log query strings — it runs whether or not you answer the banner. Google Analytics is the one the banner asks about: until you press Allow it is switched off and stores nothing, and if you press Allow it sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_SZWZR8FV08) to tell repeat visits apart. We never turn on its advertising signals.
- What is kept on your device. Three values, in your browser's own storage and never sent anywhere: your answer to the banner, so we do not ask again; the language you chose; and the light or dark setting you chose. Clearing site data for this domain removes all three, and the Cookies & analytics link in the footer reopens the question at any time.
- The portal. Signing in at app.onerate.travel is different, because there is an account. We hold your name, your email address, which agency you belong to, and a record of what was done in the account. A sign-in also sets a session cookie, which is what keeps you signed in and cannot be declined without declining the service. The human-verification check on the sign-in screen sends your IP address and some browser signals to Cloudflare, and exists to stop stolen passwords being tried against the portal in bulk.
- Who else sees it. Cloudflare, which serves this site and the portal and provides the measurement and the verification check; and Google, if you allowed Google Analytics. Both are United States companies and both may process the data outside your country. We sell nothing to anyone and run no advertising.
- What you can ask for. A copy of what we hold, a correction, a deletion, or that we stop. Write to hello@onerate.travel and we will answer. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time from the footer, without giving a reason and as easily as you gave it, and you can complain to your country's data protection authority.
