Hotel distribution, simplified.

Every supplier. One clear view.

OneRate fans your search out to all of your bedbanks at once, normalizes what comes back, groups the rooms that are genuinely comparable and puts the cheapest first. You book on your own contract, at your own rates.

Your contracts stay yours and your money goes straight to the supplier. OneRate charges a flat monthly fee and takes no cut of a booking.

How it works

How it works

From one search to a booking

  1. 01

    Your credentials, encrypted

Add each bedbank you hold a contract with and enter its API credentials. They are encrypted before they are stored, and secret fields are never echoed back to a screen.

  2. 02

    One search, every supplier

A single search goes out to all of them in parallel, and results stream in as each one answers rather than waiting for the slowest.

  3. 03

    Rates made comparable

Board, cancellation terms, taxes and currency are normalized, and rooms that are genuinely the same room are grouped — so a price difference is a real difference.

  4. 04

    Cheapest first, then booked

Comparable rooms are ranked cheapest first. Your markup and your preference rules apply, and the booking goes out on your own contract.

Suppliers

Bring the contracts you already have

OneRate holds no supplier contracts of its own and never will. It speaks to the bedbanks you have already signed with, using your credentials.

Working with a bedbank that is not on this list? Tell us which one — for OneRate a new supplier is an adapter, not a change of platform.

The portal

The screen your agents work in

Search, map, rate comparison and booking on one screen — in the theme and the language each of your agents prefers. Drag the handle to move between them.

The model

Not a consolidator

Most platforms in this market sell you their inventory and keep a margin on it. OneRate sells you the software and nothing else, which is why nothing in the left-hand column moves as you grow.

With OneRate With a consolidator
The supplier contract With OneRate Yours. You keep the terms you negotiated. With a consolidator Theirs. You resell their inventory at their price.
The booking money With OneRate Straight from your agency to the supplier. With a consolidator Through their account, on their terms.
What it costs you With OneRate A flat monthly fee, whatever you sell. With a consolidator A margin on every rate, for as long as you stay.
What you carry With OneRate No card handling, no PCI scope, no credit line to keep open. With a consolidator Deposits, credit limits and a current account to manage.

Inside

Built for how an agency actually runs

Branches and people

  • Branches and teams as first-class entities, with every booking stamped to the agent and the branch that made it.
  • Scoped roles, so a branch manager sees their branch rather than the whole agency.
  • Booking limits per user and per branch, with an approval step above the ceiling.

Your prices, your rules

  • Markup rules, applied before an agent ever sees a rate.
  • Preference rules, so a customer who should be quoted a preferred supplier is not simply quoted the cheapest.
  • Tiered price lists for the sub-agencies in your own network.

Your brand, not ours

  • Logo, colours, sender identity and your own address for the portal.
  • Branded offer PDFs in seven languages, built in the background and downloaded from the portal.
  • Your own customers inside your agency, with their bookings kept under them.

Reporting and integration

  • Reports broken down by branch, by agent and by customer, exportable as CSV.
  • An audit log your agency reads and exports itself, without asking us.
  • API keys, a read API and webhooks for the back office you already run.

Credentials

What happens to what you hand us

Your bedbank credentials are the most valuable thing you give any platform. Here is exactly what OneRate does with them.

Request access

Agencies are opened one at a time, and the first question is always the same: which supplier API contracts do you already hold? Tell us that and we can say straight away whether we can serve you. The button below opens a mail with the questions already in it.
